To protect students' our Lease requires strict compliance w Health & Safety procedures/covenants. We are not affiliated w McMaster University.

McMaster Student Houses: Our Experience
We bring over 40 years of cumulative 'landlord/tenant' experience as - university graduate students in UK & USA, parents of 3 university students, and landlords. Sam - 'landlord', is a professional engineer educated at: Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T), and the Thomas J. Watson School of Engineering (S.U.N.Y). We manage a on-call team of certified professionals - plumber, electrician, Direct Energy, Reliance Energy etc.

Our Group-Leases have covenants to protect the mutual interests of Students & the Off-Campus Community. Mac Student Houses (Pericles Partners Inc.) contributes to Charities: Cerebral Palsy, Diabetes, SOS Children's Villages, War Amps, Covenant House.
McMaster Off-Campus Housing: Strict Group Leases
The Group-Lease protects the Health & Safety and Rights of Students (tenants), and legal rights of Landlord - and is a detailed commercial contract in simple English, strictly compliant w Laws of Canada & Ontario, incl. : Contract Law, Residential Tenancy Act (2007), local & provincial codes & by laws. Our Rental Off-Campus Housing are designated 'shared accommodations'. We do not lease rooms, nor provide individual (non-group) leases. We have no subdivided houses to cram students in.

Our #1 Priority in Lease is to protect to the best of our ability in Ontario Law, the Student's Health & Safety & Security. Pericles Partners Inc. & its McMaster Student Houses & Housing leasing business, does not & cannot compromise on Student's Health & Safety & Security covenants in Lease, irrespective of any contrary representations by the students, and their parents, friends, lawyers etc. Thus to protect the legal contractual rights of students/tenants (the lessee) & landlord (lessor), we have a unequivocal unambiguous straightforward and detailed Group-Lease ( a Ontario Commercial Contract) in simple English compliant w all the Laws of Ontraio (Canada), which specifies the respective responsibilities & liabilities of students/tenants (the lessee) & landlord (the lessor), and which the students must read as a lessee group when signing the Lease & execute as a lessee group. To protect the students & landlord, and in compliance w the Laws of Ontario, we enforce without exception all Group-Lease Contract Covenants strictly in accordance w agreed contractual responsibilities & liabilities in the Lease. By leasing w us, tenants/students unconditionally a priori agree to the aforementioned; and may never claim they were mislead, misrepresented, misguided, misinformed or handicapped in any manner.
