Pericles Partners Inc. & its McMaster Student Houses & Housing leasing business,  does not  & cannot compromise on Student's Health & Safety & Security covenants in Lease, irrespective of any contrary representations by the students, and their parents, friends, lawyers etc. Thus to protect the legal contractual rights of students/tenants (the lessee) & landlord (lessor), we have a unequivocal unambiguous straightforward and detailed Group-Lease ( a Ontario Commercial Contract) in simple English compliant w all the Laws of Ontraio (Canada), which specifies the respective responsibilities & liabilities of students/tenants (the lessee) & landlord (the lessor), and which the students must read as a lessee group when signing the Lease & execute as a lessee group. To protect the students & landlord, and in compliance w the Laws of Ontario, we enforce without exception all Group-Lease Contract Covenants strictly in accordance w agreed contractual responsibilities & liabilities in the Lease. By leasing w us, tenants/students unconditionally a priori agree to the aforementioned; and may never claim they were mislead, misrepresented, misguided, misinformed or handicapped in any manner.
