This assessment reflects the time we have spent to date at 118 Royal Ave, Hamilton whilst attending McMaster University. Three housemates and myself decided to stay on at 118 Royal for a 2nd year not only for its good location & features, but more importantly because of our complete satisfaction with Sam's outstanding efforts and effectiveness as our landlord.
We were impressed with the cleaned condition & features of our home from the moment we began renting. Additionally, Sam has without a doubt done everything in his power to not only maintain excellent standards of living but to improve our already comfortable living environment. Routine service & maintenance, upgrades, and emergencies are always taken care of with great care on Sam's part. It is clear through Sam's behavior that when a problem arises in a home of Sam's, it becomes his top priority; and he delivers on promises.
Sam consistently demonstrates an exceptionally strong commitment to his tenants and homes. He is organized and appropriately meticulous, and always sure to handle any situation with utmost sense of professionalism and care.
