Our group of 5 men attending McMaster University was fortunate to have had the chance to stay at your home, and enjoy the premises & facilities (re. off campus student housing houses & apartments for group student house rent lease rentals in Westdale, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada; exclusively by students registered at McMaster University).

From the start of our 12-month term, we had a clean home to move into, and fully functioning facilities. We appreciated the fact that immediately you began needed renovations at the house including a new Carrier high efficiency furnace, and kept the yard well maintained. What impressed us is that you were available to deal with our concerns, and took remedial service actions within 24-48 hours. Friends in the McMaster University area commented on this & wished they had such quality of landlord service.

We most valued the fact that you are forthright, factual, fair and business like. We never had any doubts as to mutual commitments & expectations.

191 Glen is a neat compact super energy efficient home, which saved us heating costs in a big way. It is handy to shopping at the Barn, and the banks; and on the express bus route to McMaster University. In any case it was a 10-minute walk to campus. Of course we all liked to jog to work (a runner's club joke!). The privacy & quiet was exactly what we needed for our final year at McMaster. This is something we only appreciated in our grad year.

In Jan 2003, we were happy to clean & prepare 191 Glen to show & sell to the new 5 women group. They look to be respectful responsible mature students, who will keep the property cleaned & free of damages.
