To Whom It May Concern
This letter is to highlight the reliable and exceptional service provided by Sam Chakraborty & Pericles Partners Inc. (Landlord & Lessor) of 3 Dalewood Crescent. After my first year living (2009-2010) in the basement apartment at 3 Dalewood, I speak for the entire group to say I am utterly pleased to be living somewhere so clean safe, comfortable and well equipped.
Beyond the actual experience of the apartment I have found Sam to be always dedicated, appropriately involved and more than personable at all times.
The basement apartment at 3 Dalewood offers an amazing amount of space and amenities to students, which Sam has kept in tip-top condition. Whenever a problem of any magnitude arises, Sam is there within 24 to 48 hours to address the issue, or one of his trusted workmen is here to fix the problem at no cost to us. Sam has proven his reliability in these situations on numerous occasions and out group has been nothing but pleased. Recently he noticed that the toilet handle was broken before it could even be mentioned to him and it was repaired promptly.
This shows Sam's willingness to go beyond what is simply required from him, and to go on to really take care of his homes and residing students.
Even within our first year, Sam's services and ventures have even included making numerous renovations and cosmetic improvements to the property, all at no inconvenience to us. Within the first month of living in the apartment a new countertop and sink were installed in the kitchen, the walls in all main areas were freshly painted and a brand new, very large fridge was also added. It is evident that Sam strives to move forward and improve his rental properties to keep looking and functioning above standard.
Sam's approach to business is extremely professional, yet I personally have been shown much compassion by him. Upon learning of a financial stress on my part Sam was more than willing to let us borrow a dehumidifier unit until we could afford our own. Sam stands up for himself but is very reasonable and approachable. His dedication and help go a long way from the typical landlord who scratches by on the bare minimum of what they must provide.
Sam is extremely upfront in his dealings with us and we are always informed well in advance of any matter concerning us or the apartment. In short, not only has Sam mastered the role of landlord, he is a trustworthy and admirable man; these qualities radiate through all that he does.
To conclude, through his thorough and immaculate lease Sam always provides a fair and reliable agreement with his students, leading to a living environment high above average.
I cannot express the extent to which the services of Pericles Partners Inc. have impressed our group and I look forward to another year benefiting from their services.
