This letter is a token of appreciation for the years of vigilance Sam extended to myself and my group of McMaster University students, ensuring we were safe, healthy and happy at the home he leased to us.
From the horror stories of other students with other landlords, I am truly and deeply grateful for the level of professionalism and courtesy paid to our group by Sam over the years whilst we were his tenants. As a student it is hectic and stressful enough, and having an honest landlord meant we didn't have to worry about the house we came home to.
On the rare occasions when issues with the house arose, the comfort of knowing a simple phone call could address the issue was a great relief and let us focus on our studies.
We often marvelled at the level of dedication to our well being Sam displayed, at any hour for any reason.
Thank You, for providing us with a good home, and for the respect and professionalism you showed us.
