This letter is written as a lessee of Sam Chakraborty and Pericles Partners Inc. Over the past three years, Sam has been an excellent landlord. He has always been helpful and friendly, and deals with problems quickly and efficiently.

 

The house is beautiful and well-maintained. The seven bedrooms are all spacious and there's a bathroom on every floor. Appliances in the kitchen and plumbing in the bathrooms are kept in good function and replaced as needed. The apple trees provide plenty of free fruit in the fall, and there's space for a garden in the back yard, as well as a large shed for storage.

 

When something needs repair, Sam is always around to fix the problem by the next day at the latest. He is a highly dependable landlord. When the water heater in the basement broke, Sam had it replaced that same night. Even minor problems are fixed in a timely and efficient manner. He is always willing to go out of his way to be helpful.

Other people living in student houses are always impressed at what a great landlord we have and how well-maintained the house is.

 

When repairmen or workers are going to be in the house, Sam always gives timely warning. He is also always around to make sure that the work is done and done right. Sam regularly makes improvements to the house. For example, he recently had a shed built in the backyard in which we can store bikes. He has also replaced an oven and fridge with newer models, and renovated one of the bathrooms while we've lived here.

 

Sam is always very clear about what is expected from his tenants and what they can expect from him. He is fair, consistent and honest in his dealings with his tenants. He is also very friendly and always willing to talk.

He is willing to offer helpful advice and support, and genuinely cares about the well-being of his tenants. He takes the time to make sure that the house is a comfortable and safe place for those living there.

 

I highly recommend leasing housing from Sam Chakraborty and Pericles Partners Inc. They offer the highest quality of service. Students looking to rent a house could not hope for a better landlord than Sam Chakraborty.
