From my personal experience, the service supplied by Sam Chakraborty & Pericles Partners Inc. and my experience of living at 3 Dalewood Cr has been amazing!
All seven individuals (McMaster University Student Group) residing here for the 2010-2011 lease term have had nothing but praise and appreciation for all the work that Sam has dedicated to this property and the tenants.
Sam has demonstrated himself to be a trustworthy, upbeat individual that persistently remains professional and always goes far beyond the call of duty. The house and yard remain aesthetically pleasing but also functional and safe as a product of Sams devotion and genuine caring disposition.
Sam genuinely cares about not just the house in all its particulars but how we are in relation to the house and how we are as individuals. This is comforting because it demonstrates that he sees us as people and not just faceless, nameless tenants.
I speak for myself but I know that none of my housemates would contest that we never feel like our requests or concerns go ignored. He listens attentively to our needs and concerns and also asks regularly if we have any problems or if there is anything that we feel should to be improved. If a concern is voiced Sam will take immediate action to solve the problem whether it is a simple repair to a door, an oven, or the cumbersome task of remodelling an entire bathroom (with no extra charge to us).
When Sam or any of his workers come onto the property or into the house they always treat us courteously and professionally and get the work done very quickly and efficiently with amazing results. In addition, our schedule is always taken into consideration and we are never left guessing when a repair or renovation will manifest itself because Sam updates us via detailed emails or in person at every stage of a renovation.
Sam is also a very meticulous individual when it comes to details; we always feel reassured that our safety and comfort are top priority at all times. In fact, the importance of our safety is plainly articulated in the lease agreement. Many student houses tend to be neglected and students safety and health consequently are in jeopardy. I feel so fortunate that Sam regards the tenants well-being as the main focus.
Moreover, this attention to detail extends to our understanding; Sam is very adamant in making sure that we understand all the terms and conditions of the lease agreement which thwarts all potential problems regarding tenant-landlord miscommunication or conflict.
In regards to the house itself, it is a three level, three bathroom, seven bedroom, home. Each bedroom is huge and all aspects of the house are in peak condition. The location of the house is absolutely perfect: it is only a couple blocks from McMaster Universitys campus.
However, these details are not what have made my experience at 3 Dalewood Cr amazing, it is Sam himself with his dedication and genuinely caring character.
